Service 02

Digital marketing that compounds instead of resetting.

Rented attention stops the moment you stop paying. We build the owned assets underneath it — your content, your list, your reputation — so each month starts further ahead than the last.

The short answer

What does a digital marketing agency do?

A digital marketing agency plans and runs the channels that bring customers to a business online — content, search, social media, email and paid advertising — then measures which of them actually produce revenue. The work spans strategy, production, distribution and reporting.

The part that separates a good agency from an expensive one is the measurement. Anyone can produce activity. Knowing which activity to stop is the harder and more valuable skill, and it is where we start.

Channels

What we run, and why.

Content strategy & production

Articles, guides, landing pages and comparison content built from the questions your buyers actually type. This is also the raw material AEO and GEO work with — you cannot be cited by an AI tool for content you never published.

  • Question and keyword research
  • Editorial calendar and briefs
  • Writing, editing and publishing

Social media

Organic and paid, on the two or three platforms where your buyers genuinely spend time. We would rather do three channels properly than six badly, and we will tell you which three.

  • Channel strategy and content pillars
  • Design, copywriting and scheduling
  • Community management and response

Email & lifecycle marketing

The highest-return channel in most businesses, and the most neglected. Welcome flows, abandoned cart recovery, win-back campaigns and newsletters that people genuinely open.

  • Automation flows and segmentation
  • Campaign design and copywriting
  • Deliverability, SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup

Analytics & reporting

GA4, Search Console, conversion tracking and a dashboard that answers one question: what is working. Reports written in plain English, not screenshots of platform defaults.

  • GA4 and Tag Manager configuration
  • Conversion and event tracking
  • Monthly reporting with a recommendation attached

Our bias

Own the asset. Rent the reach.

Paid advertising is a tap: useful, controllable, and it stops the instant you close it. Owned assets are a reservoir. Most Singapore SMEs we meet are running the tap at full pressure with no reservoir behind it.

We are not against paid — we run it as a service. We are against paid being the only thing, because that is a business permanently renting its own demand.

How much should a Singapore SME spend on digital marketing?

A common benchmark is five to ten per cent of revenue for established businesses, higher during a growth phase or a new market entry. The more useful question is cost per acquisition against customer lifetime value — that is what determines whether spending more is profitable or merely expensive.

How long before digital marketing shows results?

Paid channels can produce enquiries within days. Content, organic social and email typically take three to six months to build momentum. SEO commonly takes six to twelve months in competitive Singapore categories. Most businesses run both, so short-term leads fund the long-term compounding.

Questions

Digital marketing FAQs

Do you write the content, or do we?

Either, and often a blend. We can write everything, edit drafts your team produces, or train your team to write against a brief we set. Content built with genuine input from the people who actually do the work consistently outperforms content written entirely by an outside agency — so we push for at least a short interview with your subject experts.

Can you work with our existing marketing team?

Yes. We are often brought in for the specialist layer — technical SEO, AEO, paid media, analytics — while an in-house team handles brand and day-to-day social. We will fit the gap you actually have rather than insisting on taking over everything.

What is the minimum engagement?

Marketing needs a runway to prove anything, so we usually recommend a minimum of three months for ongoing programmes. One-off projects such as an audit, a content sprint or an analytics rebuild can be done standalone.

How do you report on results?

A monthly report covering the metrics we agreed at the start, what changed, what we did, and what we recommend next. No vanity metrics, and no forty-page PDF that nobody reads. If a channel is not working, it will say so.
