Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Last updated: 2026
Creating Ra Ra ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who contacts us or uses this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1. What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to deliver our services:
- Information you give us — your name, email address, telephone number, company name, website address and anything you write in an enquiry form or email.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source, gathered through website analytics.
- Information from clients — where you engage us, the business information needed to deliver the work, which may include access to your systems and accounts.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation
- To deliver services you have engaged us for
- To send administrative communications about a project
- To improve this website and understand how it is used
- To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Consent
By submitting an enquiry you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes set out above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address in section 9. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for, and we will tell you if that is the case.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal data to service providers who process it on our behalf — for example email hosting, website hosting, analytics and form handling providers. Enquiries submitted through our contact form are transmitted using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. These parties are permitted to use the data only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Some service providers store data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Google Maps is embedded on our Visit Us page but is loaded only when you actively choose to load it, so no Google Maps cookies are set unless you ask for the map.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client records are retained for the period required by Singapore accounting and tax legislation.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights, and how to contact us
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to:
