Creating Ra Ra is a digital agency in Singapore. We design websites, run the marketing that fills them, and earn the search visibility that brings people to them — and we tell clients the truth about what will and will not work.
Why we exist
The gaps between agencies are expensive.
Most companies do not buy one digital service. They buy a website from one vendor, SEO from another, ads from a third, and then discover that nobody owns the space between them.
The designer did not know the SEO plan. The SEO agency cannot change the templates. The ads point at a landing page nobody optimised. Each vendor is doing their part competently, and the result is still mediocre — because the parts were never designed to fit together.
We built Creating Ra Ra so design, content, paid search and organic search sit with one accountable team. Not because we think we are better at every individual discipline than every specialist in Singapore, but because the coordination cost of splitting them is larger than most businesses realise until they have paid it.
How we operate
Five commitments we will hold ourselves to.
We will tell you when you do not need us
If your site is fundamentally fine and the problem is your pricing or your offer, we will say so. A short honest answer costs us one project and earns a reputation worth considerably more.
You own everything
Code, content, domains, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your name. You can leave at any time and take all of it. We would rather keep clients by being useful than by holding their assets.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get a written scope and a price before work starts. If the scope changes we tell you what it costs before we do it, not afterwards on an invoice.
No guaranteed rankings, ever
Nobody outside Google controls the algorithm. Any agency guaranteeing you position one is either misleading you or targeting a search term nobody uses. We commit to the work and report honestly on the results.
You talk to the people doing the work
No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. It is a small senior team on purpose, because translation layers lose detail and add cost.
We say no to work we would do badly
There are projects we are not the right fit for — very large enterprise programmes, or specialisms outside what we do well. We will refer you on rather than learn on your budget.
